Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bills Helper website and application (the “Service”), operated by Bills Helper (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Bills Helper is a personal-finance tool that helps you track accounts, bills, income, transactions, and balance forecasts. The Service is currently in an early, limited-access stage, and features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop it.
Waitlist and communications
If you join our waitlist, you consent to receive an email letting you know when public sign-ups open. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your data and financial information
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Bills Helper is a tracking and organization tool — it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and its forecasts and figures are estimates for your convenience, not professional guidance. Always verify important numbers with your financial institution and consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer or misuse the Service in ways that could harm us or other users.
Availability and “as is”
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any forecast or figure will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bills Helper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any financial decision made in reliance on it.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
